Robbie Taylor, President, Div. VI (Madison SWCD and Clark SCD)
--Robbie has been employed by the Madison SWCD and the Clark SCD since January 2008. Robbie oversees the day to day operations of both Districts which includes but is not limited to, the Districts public outreach programs, annual conservation tours, assisting landowners with conservation programs and oversees the Madison SWCD’s Annual Conservation Wind Break Tree Sale. Robbie is a retired military veteran with 25 years of service and one tour of duty in Iraq. Robbie is married to a wonderful lady, Melanie Taylor and has two great children, Robbie Jr. and Lindsey. His interests include sports and spending time with his family.

Sarah Garia, Vice-President, Div. I (Bonner SWCD)

Joyce Smith, Secretary, Div. VI (East and West Side SWCD)
--Joyce moved to Idaho, from upstate New York, in 1975 when she married Darrel Smith. Darrel was a local 4th generation farmer. Joyce has five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Joyce started with the East & West Side Soil and Water Conservation Districts back in June of 2008. Prior to that, she worked for the USDA inspection service and Qwest Customer Service. In her spare time and summer months, she enjoys working on the farm, camping, hunting, fishing, and most recently, fly fishing.

Karol Holthaus, Director, Div. II (Lewis SCD)
--Karol has been employed by the Lewis SCD since May 2004. She has organized the district’s annual Soil Health Workshop for the past 5 years. Karol and her husband Tim have lived on the Camas Prairie all their lives. They have a son Clinton and daughter-in-law Jonna, a daughter Anissa and son-in-law Edwin and a daughter Gina and son-in-law Drew. They have 5 awesome grandsons, a grandbaby due in April 2019, a bonus grandson and 2 bonus granddaughters. Karol’s interest includes spending time with family, hosting parties, camping and traveling to different parts of the world.

Kerry Christiansen, Director, Div. V (North and Central Bingham SWCD’s)
--Kerry has worked for the North and Central Bingham SWCD’s since the spring of 2014. Kerry and her husband Chris have lived in the Blackfoot area all their lives. Chris is retired, and they love spending their free time exploring mountain tops on their RZR, fishing and camping, and spoiling Grandkids. Kerry is a Master Gardener and they spend many hours working in their yard, gardening, and raising chickens. Kerry loves to share her talents of Cooking and Crafting with family and friends.
